As a company that includes departments like architecture civil, environmental, energy and transportation engineering MSA’s struggle was two-fold: 1- clearly and consistently presenting its capabilities and showcasing previous work to potential clients; 2- not using the full potential of a website as a business and organizational tool.
The website developed for MSA devised an icon system that categorized all the different areas of business, thus organizing the services showcased on the site in a much clearer and comprehensive way. It also included new functionalities, including being able to bid and sell projects, manage projects and publish articles. Their site turned from an online brochure to a powerful business tool. The marketing and advertisement also was compartmentalized so that each category of work advertised in the right channels while keeping a consistent overarching brand identity.
